Storage Rate
|
|
Lot rental fee includes: city water, sewer and garbage pick up. All recreational facilities such as: recreation hall, gas-heated swimming pool & showers, horseshoe courts, and shuffleboard courts. There is no extra charge for visitors unless the duration exceeds thirty (30) consecutive days. Mail is delivered to your home.
Homeowners are responsible for landscaping their homes. No trees are to be planted without prior permission from management. Lawn mowers are provided for your use to maintain your lawn while you are occupying your home. While you are away, park maintenance keeps your lawn cut for you.
Storage of motor homes, boats, or any recreational vehicle may be stored in the storage area at no additional cost to the resident. However, Central Park II of Haines City assumes no responsibility for damage or loss to stored vehicles. A storage agreement must be completed prior to storage.
